As of Monday, July 28th Sugar Lakes Family Practice will be in our new offices at the Sugar Land Medical Plaza at 1327 Lake Pointe Parkway, Suite 500 in Lake Pointe Town Center on the northeast side of Hwy 59 and Hwy 6.

The same friendly professional staff that you have counted on for years will be there to assist you and your family. We recognize that this change will be an adjustment for all of our patients and we'd like to make it as painless as possible for you to find us.

From the north on Highway 59

Take Highway 59 south to the Highway 6 exit. Exit Highway 6 south and take first right on to Lake Pointe Parkway.

From the south on Highway 59

Take Highway 59 north to Williams Trace/Sugar Lakes to Creekbend Drive. Take a left on Creekbend Drive, then take first left on Creekway Drive. Take first left on Lake Pointe Parkway, office building will be on the left past the hospital.

From the north on Highway 6

Take Highway 6 south to Flour Drive (north of Highway 59). Turn left on Flour Drive to Creekbend Drive. Turn left on Creekbend Drive to Lake Pointe Parkway. Turn right on Lake Pointe Parkway to office building on the left past the hospital.

From the south on Highway 6

Take Highway 6 north past Highway 59. Turn right on Four Drive to Creekbend Drive. Turn left on Creekbend Drive to Lake Pointe Parkway. Turn right on Lake Pointe Parkway. Office building will be on the left past the hospital.
